Youth empowerment volunteer project is design to mobilize the Youth in society to make them socially responsible. Youth are main base of the nation for its success; realizing that we setup the youth volunteering program in Nepal. Volunteering is a very important part of citizens in the world. People can help the community in many ways by volunteering. It is important for people to help their community in as many ways as possible. In Nepal we set up youth mobilization volunteer programs to help each other and the community. National Youth leadership development program is design for youth awareness and community youth development, empowerment and responsible for society and community. Community service volunteer foundation Nepal is launched the program with the aim of providing quality service and placement for youth volunteers in a different field as per volunteers own interest of programs. Youth project addresses the problem of poverty and youth unemployment in Nepal. We take this opportunity to invite the individuals/groups who are willing to work as volunteer. Community service and orphanage volunteer project Nepal’s youth program has two folds aim to prepare them for their future by enhancing social and professional life skills; and developing confidence in them to deal with the situation and issues that concern them; and to get activities done in children’s clubs, women’s clubs and community. It is therefore encouraging youths to be part of CSVFN’s endeavor to bring changes in children and communities which consequently develops their life skills and prepares them for their future career. Volunteer programs are very important in Nepal. Volunteering benefits everyone and can save a lot of money. People learn many different things by volunteering their time. They can learn how to work together and how certain projects are done. The most important part of volunteering is sometimes that is the only way to obtain new things for the community. You are warmly welcome if you can contribute in any way to strengthen children and youths. In short, this program helps local youth being social responsible. Therefore, we invite entire volunteers of the world to donate and contribute your effort in society, let’s join our Youth empowerment volunteer project.

Available Duration: 2weeks  to 12 weeks
Experience Required: It is not necessary any specific skills and qualification for Youth empowerment volunteer program. Upon your arrival you will receive relevant training towards the Youth empowerment volunteer projects. If you are flexible and patient, you’ll cope better during the Youth empowerment project and successfully complete your project as working conditions. For Youth empowerment project volunteer may need physical efforts, so you should be in good health. We just ask our volunteers to be flexible, enthusiastic, be patient and an open mind. Youth empowerment program is open to worldwide participants, families, couples and individuals.
Project Location: Youth empowerment project placements available all over Nepal according to your interest and chosen program. Most of the volunteer placements are located within 2-4 km. from their accommodation and volunteers use local transportation such as mini bus or taxis for their commuting.
Program start dates: Youth empowerment program starts every week, year round.

Program Requirements: Volunteers must be 16 years or older at the beginning of Youth empowerment program. Volunteers need to have an open mind and flexible attitude for working in a new and different environment. The volunteer should bring energy and enthusiasm to make a difference.
Arrangement of room/food/supervision: CSVFN will manage your accommodation, food and supervision while you work in a volunteer program. You will stay either with a host family, in a project hostel or in a home base. In the home base, you’ll share your room with other volunteers and use communal toilets. You’ll be served 3 meals a day. Meals in the home base can be local or continental. In the host family, you’ll have a room for yourself and will be served 3 local meals a day. Staying with a host family will provide you with a wonderful opportunity to experience Nepali lifestyle and live with a warm and welcoming family. You can even learn to cook Nepali food. While volunteering, our staffs will visit you every two weeks. During the visit, we will check on your progress and make sure you’re satisfied and happy.
Transportation: Volunteers are met at the Nepal international airport in Katmandu, upon arrival into Nepal. Once you are in your placement you need to work out transport for any traveling you wish to do, whether this is simply to the local shops or further a field for sightseeing. Travel will usually be by micro bus, tempo, taxi, larger buses or simply walking, several projects are just walking distance.
