Community service volunteer foundation Nepal is a nonprofit Nepal based local organization and we place volunteers directly in our own volunteering project, therefore you don’t have to pay for any other agencies or organizations. We have local staff and volunteer; do not have to spend that much for the operation cost. we work very hard and smart to keep costs down especially for you the volunteers where it counts the most. CSVFN is proud to offer all of the services, that our competitors offer, at a very special economical price. Our program fees are cheaper than other International volunteering organizations. In this way CSVFN volunteering programs are the most affordable fee compared to other organizations of its kind. We remain devoted to maintaining both the quality of the programs and the safety of all volunteers involved. Our program fees starts from $ 250. Volunteering cost depending on the program and the length of stay. money saved out of the program fees directly goes to our staffs and community projects. Our all programs are funded through volunteers’ supports. Here is a brief summary of the program fees that we offers.
Program booking application charge: $50 – is a non refundable fee which covers processing your application and per-departure support and is not deductible from program fees.

Note: If you are more than two months placement and want to do two different locations, you will be charge US $100 extra.

Services Include in given fee:
1, Airport pickup and drop
2, Language and cultural orientation training
3, Transportation and Coordinator Support
4, All meals and accommodation (3 Meals a day BLD)
5, Volunteer supervision, office administration and other services
6, Emergency supports
7, Certificates of Appreciation /Completion
Package Cost does not include:
1, Visa/Visa extension fee
2, Meals before and after ending program in Kathmandu hotel
3, Traveling and other expenses out of the placement during weekends
4, Air Tickets (Domestic/International)
5, Insurance
6, Laundry service, Bar Bills, Telephone Calls
Cash payment can be made in Euro, US Dollars, or Nepali Rupees. We also accept western union money transfers. Although we do accept international bank transfers, we discourage bank transfers due to the high cost of banking fees and long process for transfer.  We can help the volunteers to organizing trekking, rafting and jungle safaris trip in Nepal if necessary.
Note: If you wish to pay using PayPal, then you should pay PayPal transfer charges and you are required to cover the bank transfer fees, if you transfer to our bank account /PayPal write us we will provide you organization account detail. We are flexible for payment method, we never request you to send advance money prior to your arrival in Nepal; your conformation word is enough to reserve your place with us.
Cancellation fees:
1, Before starting program training – 50% refund.
2, No money will be refunded once you start your placement.
3, No money will be refunded for a program of 2 weeks duration after commencement
4, Once you start your placement, if you wish to discontinue in any reason, the programs cost you pay are not refundable.
