Dhading District is a district of  Bagmati  Zone, administrative headquarters of this district is Dhadingbesi, situated in Central Development Region of Nepal. This is situated in the height of 488 meters to 7409 meters from sea level and its area is 1926 square kilo meters. Total population of this district is 336,067 according to census 2068 B.S. (2011 A.D.). Main profession of the residents in this district are agriculture and business. Its agricultural land is 33128 hectare,  there are 50 village development committees that are Sertung. Lapa, Tipling, Jharlang, Ri, Darkha, Satyadevi, Baseri, Phulkharka, Gumdi, Marpak, Semjong, Katunje, Bhuwakot. Nilakantha, Sangkosh, Jayamrung, Muralibhanjyang, Chainpur dhading, Salyantar, Aginchok, Mulpani, Budhathum. Khari, Dhola, Maidi, Nalang, Salang, Kumpur, Sunaulabazar, Kalleri, Goganpani, Kewalpur, Jivanpur, Chhatre deurali. Thakte, Naubise, Tasarpu, Bhumisthan, Baireni, Kiranchok, Pida, Gajuri, Mahadevsthan, Benighat. Dhusa, Jogimara. There is not any Municipality in Dhading district. Main residents of this district are Tamang. Bramhin, Chhetri, Magar, Newar etc.
