Bhojpur District is a district of  Koshi Zone, administrative headquarters of this district is Bhojpur, located in Eastern Development Region of Nepal. It is situated in the height of 152 meters to 7320 meters from sea level and its area is 1507 square kilometers. Total population of Bhojpur district is 182,459 according to census 2068 B.S. (2011 A.D.). Main profession of the residents in this district is agriculture. Its agricultural land is 30933.1 hectare,  there are 63 village development committees  that  are Kulung, Chaukidanda, Nepaledanda, Mulpani, Kiurenipani, Khatamma, Dobhane, Kudakkaule, Khartamchha, Tungechha, Kimalung, Sangpang, Deurali, Boya, Timta, Helauchha, Yangpang, Chhampe, Pyauli, Charambi, Jarayotar, Chhinamakhu, Gupteshor, Siddheshor, Bokhim, Bhaisipankha, Shyamshila, Tiwaribhanjyang, Yaku, Chyangre, Sanodumba, Bastim, Thulodumba, Bhojpur, Amtek, Taksar, Annapurna, Nagi, Khawa, Kot, Dalgaon, Manebhanjyang, Ranibas, Homtang, Lekharka, Gogane, Okhre, Bhulke, Dhodlekhani, Baikunthe, Basikhore, Sindrang, Kherang, Patlepani, Hasanpur, Wasingtharpu, Yue, Thidinkha, Balangkha, Pawala, Dewantar, Dummana, Pangcha. There is a Municipality in this district. Main tourism heritages in this east hilly district are Nagchanga, golmaraja golmarani, Temke etc. Main residents of this district are Rai, Bramhin, Chhetri, Tamang, Newar etc.
